Mildred Ojascastro

Mildred Ojascastro is OREG’s Operations Manager. With over ten years of experience in knowledge and business process operations, she brings competitive expertise to OREG’s operational management systems. In addition, Ms. Ojascastro understands optimizing processes and implementing industry best practices to position companies for strategic growth.

Ms. Ojascastro brings extensive knowledge to the company regarding project analytics, process development, and management. One of her biggest strengths as operations manager includes recognizing opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to improve project efficiencies.

Before joining OREG, Ms. Ojascastro worked with ADP Inc as a senior analyst for five years. She gained expertise in building KPI dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. In addition, she conducted training for new hires and managed a diverse portfolio of projects. Ms. Ojascastro developed proficiencies in data management, data analysis, and data reliability for operational business functions.

Before ADP, she served as a subject matter expert for technical support associates at AT&T and Time Warner Cable Internet Services. There, Ms. Ojascastro maintained client satisfaction by providing excellent technical support services.

She has a B.S. from the University of the City of Manila. Ms. Ojascastro enjoys spending time with family, trying new restaurants, and traveling the world.
