Comprehensive Operational Assessment to reinvigorate housing occupancy. Scope included operational evaluations with key departments, data analysis, stakeholder interviews, staffing analysis, staff training and making recommendations to improve appeal and the overall student experience. OREG partnered with all departments on campus wide to facilitate improvements in areas that impacted student housing occupancy, student satisfaction and retention. Project Implementations and Oversite services were provided for 1 year to assist in implementation of strategies identified in the Discovery and Planning Period. Client outcomes included an increase in occupancy, improved retention, occupancy, academic programs, departmental collaboration, housing operational functioning, housing and resident life staffing model and HRL training and planning processes. Our client actualized 1 million dollars in additional revenues as a result of the services provided.
